Mega Sardines Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 2 TSP cooking oil

  • ½ onion sliced

  • 1 can Mega Sardines (any flavor)

  • 2-3 cups of cooked rice

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 TSP Mothers Best Seasoning

  • 1 TSP Mothers Best Soy Sauce

Instructions:

1. Sauté onion in oil until translucent

2. Add the contents of Sardines

3. Add and mix the sardines to the rice until evenly incorporated

4. Top with sunny side egg and serve immediately
